Wilhelm Ryan
Many years ago, Supreme Tri-Mage Wilhelm Ryan ordered the Head General of the future United Red Army, Mayo Deftinwolf, to occupy a neighboring territory and over throw the leader, Mage Covent Marth, by force. The Mages immediately demanded Ryan withdraw all his troops, but Ryan then executed Marth and sparked the infamous War of the Mages. At war's end, Ryan was deemed Supreme Tri-Mage over all of Heaven's Fence.
